If there was 0 stars, this would be it. We were given a room that was so stuffy everything in it smelled bad, asked for another room and the rude receptionist Said the place was fully booked (in the morning we discovered it was not true). So at 7.30 am in the morning, someone starts knocking on my door, since I'm not expecting anyone...I ignore it...the knocking goes on continuously for like 10 minutes...at this point I'm scared and concerned at the same time ...so i peep through the window only to see male receptionist who's very eager to tell me there will be no breakfast served on that day 😞 ????? Is that the reason why you are hysterically knocking at my door at 7.30 am....while he could have texted us or called  us since he took our numbers upon check in. Overall worst experience.

We went to Diani and found this place. The security is top notch. I loved the ambiance. The rooms are always clean. No noise. Tye wifi is 👌The staff are hospitable. The sheets are clean and not stainy. The AC works properly coz there's alot of heat. Price very affordable and it's walkable. The staff are also helpful incase u want to recieve money. I loved the ambiance, hospitality from the workers, and rooms are always clean. Very near and very affordable. I stayed for a festive season and we really wea happy with my sisters. Its also very very safe.
